Sweet Almond Oil, Arnica infused olive oil, Jojoba Oil, Peppermint Oil, Rosemary Oil, Lavender Oil
Cautions: Arnica should only be applied to unbroken skin as it is known to promote blood circulation and may increase bleeding of wounds.

As a full time baker, my shoulder pain has always been an issue for me, and I had tried many muscle pain relief sprays or rubs before. I have to say this muscle spray is THE BEST ever! It doesn't irritates my skin as many other pain relief sprays do. And it has a very soothing and beautifully blended scent. Love it! So glad I found this!

I love my pain spray. I worm on my feet and have planters phasiatis (or however you spell it) and it really helps!
